PLEASE READ THESE IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS*

When you purchase a ticket for this event, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

 • Adhering to Government guidelines and regulations, social distancing will be in place at this event.

 • Complying with the 'Track & Trace' rules, we will require every attendee's name and telephone number.

 • In the event of show cancellation, we will refund your tickets, otherwise, all ticket purchases are non-refundable.

 • After you have completed your purchase, you will be contacted by a member of the Rosa Records team via email. Our Rosa Records team member will require you to provide us with the names and phone numbers of each of your booking's attendees and your preference of where in the audience you would like to be placed. We will endeavour to allocate to you your preferred location choice wherever possible.

 • Please advise at time of booking or when our Rosa Records team member contacts you of any disabled access requirements.

 • You will be allocated a Covid-safe, socially distanced 'Bubble' number on a first come first served basis which corresponds to the clearly marked, socially distanced area you will be occupying in the audience. At this event, the maximum of people allowed in a Covid-safe, socially distanced 'Bubble' is 6. If you book more than 6 tickets, your attendees will be split up and allocated an adjacent socially distanced 'Bubble'.

 • There are no bar facilities or chairs provided, however you are welcome to bring your own chairs, food and drink. Please do not bring large folding tables as this will make effective social distancing more difficult to manage. Similarly, please do not bring gazebos or similar structures. Public restroom and car parking facilities are provided on site at no extra charge.

 • Please note that the audience area in which you are booking your tickets is uncovered and in an open field.

 • The show begins at 6pm. The car park will open at 4.30pm. Access to your allocated area will be available from 5pm.
