"For 3 incredible years between September 2006 and December 2009, I had the pleasure and honour of becoming a 'hero' when I was asked to join the genius that is Albert Lee and his wonderful band, Hogan's Heroes. The experience of making music and travelling the world with Albert Lee, Peter Baron, Gerry Hogan and Brian Hodgson, was a fortuitous gift that I will cherish forever and will shape and influence my own music-making for the rest of my life. The boys let me produce 'Like This' for them (which in itself was a privilege) and to hear Albert say that it's his favourite of all of his studio albums (so far!) is one of my proudest achievements. I hope to make music with all of them again one day but until then, 'Like This' is the greatest reminder I have and the most precious 'photo album' of those 3 incredible years."
